Meet Chef Bob
We want to make your weeknights or parties easier for you. Whether you’re ordering for yourself or have a house full of kids, we provide you with home cooked Italian meals that are freshly made and easy to reheat.
Growing up in an Italian family full of cooks, the kitchen was always the hang out in my house. Over time, I started to pick up on things and started to help out more and more.
One of my earliest memories is my grandmother teaching me how to make homemade pasta dough and ravioli from scratch. At the time, I didn’t realize that not every family had homemade meals every night and just how fortunate I was.
I continued to appreciate it more over time — and started watching shows, reading, and practicing cooking myself. It started off small cooking for myself and began to grow as I started cooking for more and more of my friends and hosting large dinner parties.
Eventually, this led me to taking classes at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York prior to moving to Denver.
Italian food to me is home. It’s comforting, it makes me feel at ease - I want to make meals for people that feel like their grandmother made it. That’s what I want to bring to the city of Denver.
